Each March, we come together to celebrate women around the world, honoring their achievements and contributions on International Women’s Day. At Danone, we recognize and dedicate to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where every woman has the chance to grow and succeed. This year, as part of B Corp Month, we celebrated International Women’s Day (IWD) 2025 with the theme "Accelerate Change Together for All Women." This theme embodies our unwavering commitment to gender equality and empowerment, ensuring that all women have access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.
To celebrate this special day, we hosted a panel discussion with inspiring women leaders at Danone. They shared their personal stories about leadership, career growth, and self-care, highlighting the challenges and opportunities of balancing career and family. Their experiences emphasized the importance of resilience, collaboration, and continuous learning. Earlier, we also had a Breast Cancer Awareness Talk by Dr. Steven from KPJ Sentosa Specialist Hospital. He stressed the importance of early detection, regular screenings, and self-examinations in fighting breast cancer. This talk raised awareness among both women and men colleagues, empowering everyone to take charge of their health and support others.
Gender balance is a key part of our Inclusive Diversity agenda at Danone. In 2025, we proudly achieved a milestone with women holding at least 50% of our manager, director, and executive roles. This reflects our dedication to supporting women at all levels. We continue to promote gender diversity through mentorship, leadership development, and inclusive policies that offer meaningful career advancement opportunities.
