Danone launched Aptamil KID C-SynB in Malaysia, an innovative growing up milk formula specifically designed to support the nutritional needs and provide stronger immunity for children above 1 year of age born through Caesarean section (C-section).
Designed to address the unique challenges that C-section born children face in developing a diverse gut microbiota, AptamilTM KID C-SynB is the only proven formula with Synbio+ and 27 times faster support for immunity through normalisation of the gut microbiota.
Synbio+ is Danone’s patented mixture of pre- and probiotics, found to restore gut dysbiosis seen in children born via C-section.
Within South East Asia (SEA), Malaysia is the latest market to have launched the product, which is available in both e-commerce and offline retailers since June 2024. It is sold at a recommended price of RM68 for a 600g pack.
